Shown above
A very nice young Neon Blue Dwarf Rainbow |
This fish does not seem to show much blue. Tom plans to ask Nevin why during the show? Tom also plans to ask Nevin about this fish's dorsal fin, which is similar to many other Rainbows but different from many other aquarium fish. Nevin has a degree in Aquatic Biology from San Diego State University, and he can usually answer questions about fish anatomy. |

A Young Mature Male Gold Nugget Molly |
This gorgeous fish's pictures have appeared many time here on Pet Fish Talk. Is he just a visitor to Tom's 29-gallon aquarium? Tom gets a lump in his throat, when he thinks about this fish leaving. |

|
A New Black Male Swordtail |
This color variation has been called a Black Swordtail for a long time. Many many years ago Tom and Nevin spawned and sold a fish like this, but the blue areas were replaced with metallic green. After the show last week, Tom caught several fish, including the fabulous Crystal Barbs, and Nevin took them back to his aquariums. Then Tom put the new fish Nevin brought, including this male Swordtail. |
